Restaurant Panorama in Boxberg

Wonderfully located and very friendly and accommodating.

After our planned hotel stay in the spring was not feasible due to Corona, it worked now in October. The hotel on the edge of Boxberg is located on a small hill in beautiful surroundings. Two small parking spaces, one at the beginning of the Panoramaweg, and one below the hotel on the Panoramaweg. From here, stairs lead to the hotel entrance, which is about 13 m higher. If you use the steep driveway to the hotel, you have good parking possibilities directly at the hotel. The terrace offered a wide view of the colorful autumn landscape. The room was adequately equipped, the sanitary facilities clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, which was a little different due to Corona - the breakfast selection had to be made the evening before with the help of a form to be filled in - came as ordered and tasted good. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Nice hotel with a very nice view.

This sentence is used to advertise: A feel-good atmosphere was created in the guest rooms as well as in the entire restaurant and hotel area. I have to contradict this sentence clearly. My wife was chased off the terrace with our 7 month old son while drinking coffee. You could drink the coffee in the room. The table is no longer free. My wife would hardly have sat on the terrace for hours with our son. By the way, my wife and son were not chased away by an employee, but by the owner. Everything else was okay to good. Hence the three stars.

We have been coming to this beautiful hotel for a week or two in the summer for several years. Enjoy the location above the village with the great terrace like in the morning for breakfast and dinner. You have a great view over the valley. The staff and management are always super nice and very friendly and we enjoy the local cuisine. You can slow down wonderfully here. We would love to come back !!

Very nice hotel, extremely nice staff. The restaurant can only be recommended. As a hotel guest, there was only one shortcoming: the WLAN is hardly or not at all usable (which is very restrictive for work reasons, even if the mobile network fails)

My review is based exclusively on the hotel restaurant: The food is very good and high quality (German cuisine), the service could be nicer .. Therefore 4 star, we visited the restaurant twice, it has a beautiful view and is very nice set up.

The wifi is completely useless... The 2.5G is faster on my phone :D a bad joke. Otherwise the hotel is nice and cool, the breakfast is good, their restaurant is also fine, but come on... This is the 21st century... Barely working, super slow internet..

We have been to the Panorama many times but I can only judge the restaurant. I can not say anything about the hotel for lack of accommodation ... As much as I think, I can not think of anything I would complain about at the restaurant. The food is very good (very good quality), delicious and the portions not too small. The wine and beverage selection is good. We have eaten there many a delicious evening and enjoyed the view over Boxberg. Sure, the panorama is not cheap but absolutely justified for my taste. For our always a highlight: clear recommendation.

Very modern furnished hotel with great restaurant. The food was exactly as ordered, exactly met Garstufe and everything was delicious. The rooms were well cleaned and everything was clean. Due to the high location my has a nice view of the area.

Very good pike fish

Good food at the restaurant. Haven't stayed myself there but was told it is a good place (considering no hotel near doesn't have climate control).
